Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how subscriptions to humm..it, operated by Mena Manara Group (FZE), are billed, renewed, and cancelled.
Billing & auto-renewal
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the price and currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
How to cancel
- Web subscriptions — open Manage subscription in your account settings to cancel through our payment provider's portal.
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions — manage and cancel through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; we do not charge you again after you cancel.
Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for subscription charges, including for partially used billing periods.
- We offer a 14-day free trial with every Pro feature unlocked, so you can evaluate the full paid experience before you are charged. Please use the trial to decide whether humm..it is right for you before subscribing.
- You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling ends the next renewal rather than refunding the current period, and you keep Pro access until the period ends.
- Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable refund or withdrawal right, that right still applies.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies and must be requested through them.
Free trial
The humm..it free trial runs for 14 days with all Pro features unlocked, and no payment is taken during the trial. It is your opportunity to evaluate everything a paid plan offers before deciding to buy. If you do not subscribe, your access simply moves to the free tier — you are charged only if you choose a paid plan.
