These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the humm..it website and applications (the "Service"), operated by Mena Manara Group (FZE) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

humm..it is a voice note-taking service that records audio, transcribes it, and helps you organize notes, contacts, and follow-ups. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• introduce malware or interfere with the Service's operation;
• record or process other people's voices or personal data without a lawful basis or their consent where required;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and notes you create ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transcribe Your Content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to record and upload Your Content.

5. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

• Plans & price. Paid plans ("Pro") are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the price and currency shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account settings (web: "Manage subscription"; mobile: your App Store / Google Play subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Price changes. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change before it takes effect.
• Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which we add where required.
• App-store purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by those stores' terms and are managed through your store account.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, software, and content (excluding Your Content), belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Automated transcription and extraction may contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, subject to applicable free-zone regulations.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
